      Hash function get much much more security: use blake2 instead of hash-256

      Quick block generation: 5 * 60 seconds.
   Miner fixed income:
      First block contains 1000,000 AAC.
      Block reward will drop 1 AAC every 110,000 block(about one year a little).
      Difficulty retargets every 10 blocks.
   Miner extra income:
      Transaction amount * 0.0001
      Generated by system and make AAC an inflation monetary.
