As for me, ArcBlock is now doomed to slow decay while the developers do not bring their business to the presentation of the finished product or at least a working prototype. But so far they have only a set of developers. Accordingly, the price will be slow, but surely drop down.

ABT and Cybermile i see has the same way in marketing method, so i think it's also from china. China Government prevented ICO but who know what they did behind Grin

And i don't know they restrict some regions participate in their ICO
