Bounty is not 1% from the total amount, but 1% from the marketing fees which are equivalent to 8% of the total amount.
I have not received my coins yet form arcblock

186.000.000 total tokens *8% for marketing fees and *1% from that is the bounty. It wad confirmed by an admin this morning

For participants who failed to participate, we just started to return the contributions of those whose contribution addresses were inconsistent with KYC registered ones. Refunds will go to the addresses you sent your ETH/CMT from. Please pay attention to the status.

I was on the same block. My ETH's are returned minus the gas fee used. I don't blame anyone about me, being unable to get in through the ICO. I lost a chance to profit from it and i don't blame anyone for that.

how you can working to solve this problem, when the only ways to finish refund process are eth adress change or do as many transactions as many pending orders
