No, there was a very large number of applicants and they decided to close the public sale registration. I have been waiting for verification for 2 days.

First real answer I have had. So the partnerships with tech firms okay, understood. What about the fake media coverage?
I suggest to read this reddit thread and find the Arcblock CEO reply, I think it's quite comprehensive and does answer all the hard questions. The FUD won't prevent this ICO from reaching hardcap in just a few days, you will see it.
Whilst I am a big fan of the project, I would like to calm my anxieties over some of the reddit comments being made. In particular:

The ceo clarified things in the reddit post and answered honestly about the project. I think the really bad issue here is the telegram admin just banning everyone posting tha reddit link. The admin should know that banning is just a way of pushing the investor away, and if he/she wanted to stop the FUD from spreading, well thats exactly whats happening, unnecesary FUD is spreading because the lack of moderation skills the telegram admin has when it comes to managing the chat. Is like blaming the cashier of a restaurant for the quality of the food. The admin shouldve reach the team to properly answer investors rather than just banning them.
Meanwhile mods here dont care and just let bot accounts do whatever they want.

You don't have to worry with the exchanges. Sometimes, it just takes your votes for a coin to get listed on Binance. Arcblock has a huge community behind. I'm sure the exchanges won't miss listing ArcBlock. And if ArcBlock manage to hit it's hardcap, exchange listing on big exchange will be as easy and fast. I signed up for an ICO account on arcblock.io. But there are a lot of suspicions about the project, so I will keep track of the situation until the last day to decide whether to buy ABT or not.

Like any strong project, ArcBlock has followers, but there are enemies and envious people who "muddle the water." It's a struggle, there's nothing to be done. The fact that the fraudsters forge the official website of Arcblock already speaks volumes. Personally, I'm going to invest in a project

Okei guy, I will answer your question. There are several factors that determine the capacity of the Blockchain network:
1) Mode of operation - algorithm
2) Specifications of the platform - type and properties of the Block
3) Mining Hardware System
4) Mining Software
5) Parasites on the platform - CryptoKitties, Cryptogoldenfishes ... (LOL)
The physical level you want to mention may be 3) Mining Hardware System. Want to build a supercomputer for Mining? As far as I know, the strongest technology available today is quantum technology, and we have only made 15 qbit and we are in the process of planning a first quantum computer, and it is expected to have the size of a football stadium.
So I think we can not create such a machine in near day, and football fans can still be assured.
The software solutions are more reasonable and potential, and ArcBlock is a such project.
