With the PoW switching to PoS, I would expect the Dev to be active. If he is, it would be nice to here from him.
This is not FUD. You can't go around claiming FUD when someone points out a genuine concern. I don't feel the Dev is active enough at this early stage.

Devs are doing this intentionally so they can get more cheap coins for future giveaways

well there is just one conclusion:
PoW ended with block 20160.
the network should generate 1 Block each minute. This is not happening...
The Blockchain is stuck.
Therefore something is not working.
This needs to be fixed very fast

all my coins are stuck unconfirmed... damn it... i didn't look properly when i send the first 100ac to the wallet... they came but they weren't confirmed...
some technical hiccup is to be expected i think because they announced it some time ago... the fix though is coming they promised under 24 hours for the wallet update
