im back... Dev, Its a good move, and im sorry if I doubted your intentions... Personally i think ATMs are a great idea. How big is the window for Aero ATMs? Is it something that could happen a year from now? Also Ill donate right now to an Aero ATM fund... I want to make that happen, but keep us in the loop... Let us know, and build the hype to something like that, I would of promoted the fuck out of it. Also just bought 50k more aero, and never sold during all the news... i belive in this project

It pains me to see all the issues which i have caused, albeit for whatever perceived good intentions or reasons they were, its still pain which I have caused.
I have let you down. I have lost your confidence and i have lost your trust.
This is/has truly not been my intention. I would very much like to put this whole "mess" right. But in-order for me to be able to do this to the best of my
ability I need your help.
I apologize for the way this all turned out, and I admit that it was a badly decision by me.
Trust is the most important thing, and all I want right now is to restore your trust in me.
The crowdfunding campaign was created because a friend of mine owns 1,500 ATMs, and I had the opportunity to get Aero used on those with the proper funding.
after watching a new coin with similar white paper as aero get 2000btc with out single line of code..i got overly excited.
The huge detail I forgot was that the community had been waiting for a product almost 4 months.
When you are so close to things like I am, it's easy to get caught up in things and not see the reality of it all.
Therefore I am closing down the IPO.
The funding will not happen, and ATM's will not be a reality right now.
However, myself and the team are working on ways to get funding without asking the community.
Meetings with different investors has been set up, and we will try our best to make it a reality.
I need to know what you all think is the best way to proceed. I only want what is best for you all, I always have and I always will !
However, I have a problem which i hope you all take on-board and that is the new blockchain which was planned to take over the role from the
AERO block chain is superior in terms of its spec for the AeroME platform.
If this means doing a coin swap at a new ratio or whatever ratio you guys decide, its the new AeroME (AM) blockchain which will help me to continue
my work best.

Coinswap will happen on the 20th december, at bittrex.
All 12 million coins will go to the Aero holders. Meaning a ratio of 1:1.66 (1 Aero gets you 1.66 AM).
The coinswap has to be done due to some technical desisions which were briefly explained above. However, The updated AeroME coin (AM)
has been developed with some included "hooks" for my calls to the blockchain which AeroME platform will leverage. These API calls are needed
for the platform to carry out blockchain operations from within the AeroME platform GUI. These has been a number of improvements in way
the nodes have been setup and have deployed DNS SEED techniques which have a much higher degree of reliability and flexibility than the
previous AERO daemon/network
However, If a consensus cannot be made on how best to proceed, I will do whatever it takes to make this right.
It was just me being overzealous and eager to get us something which was really special and above and beyond all our expectations.
This is still my goal "to give you something special" and if this means "we" have to revisit this ipo again at some other date I will ensure i am able to
include you all in the decision making process.

Finally, I have re-instigated a dialogue with the Bittrex team to see the options available regarding time frames for decisions on any corrections which
will be made. And to see what new terms (if any) will need to be agreed upon.

I will do my best to restore your faith in me, and the first thing I am gonna do to accomplish that is releasing AeroME.
The coinswap needs to happen first, but after it I will publish an announcement on the release and KryptoLyding will start of a twitter campaign to create
awareness.

Finally, I did not have anything to do with any price changes in the run up to this ipo announcement, this would have been counter intuitive in respect to the terms which myself and the bittrex team were negotiating at the time. Furthermore The Bittrex Team are very stringent on what i could and could not do. The guys over in Bittrex are all fair and also mindful about issues such as these. Please understand Bittrex team pointed out a number of issues which I was expected to face and they were right.

Maybe get peer review of the fully working AeroME
Make a proper new, separate ANN for the CFC/IPO including screenshots and/or even videos of AeroME in action
Set the CFC/IPO for some stage early in the new year - December is just completely the wrong time for these

in regards to the possibilities of future IPO/funding scheme we will ALL need to discuss options and best methods to reach satisfactory outcome.

at this point i don't see the ipo completing ...
we just have to see what the dev will decide what the final ratio will be
from what i understand new aerome coin is much better suited for aerome platform..swap will happen anyways

Several points need to be clarified, which will help explain why this crowdfunding is happening. Its not just AEROME which requires funding, it’s the services which the platform will integrate that requires it. Funding in the form of FIAT backing. This is where the cost lays. I completely understand your frustrations, dissatisfaction, skepticism, annoyance, delays, & anxiety about your own personal funds that have been put into a project and suddenly have the rules changed.
However, it's these rule changes which which MUST occur in order for the full AeroME vision to become a reality.
I have come to the realization that some things just cannot be kept in the dark for protection with all your feedback, and thus I have decided to share with all of you exactly why I have decided to take such an unexpected path.
What will this money be used for?
Firstly it will help finish the final portion of dev work for AeroME. There is not much work left to be done, however more hands will be needed as we embark upon the planned growth that the crowdfund is intended to drive. Dominantly its for services such as the great work BC has done with coinkite. But different. How much do you think it costs to get us on ATM networks? Yes, we will be tapping into the ATM market for real world usage application. I want to be clear that these funds are NOT going towards lining my pocket to finish 20% of AeroME. Nearly all are to be used as investment towards larger deals that I have been unable to speak of till now, that I feel will significantly increase the value of our Aero community. If there was another way to raise these funds I would have done it by now. Not to line my pockets, but to tap into massive markets, these are the kind of take up rates which are huge! To have a platform which works across multiple platforms, a single device to enabling communications in an encrypted and secure way. I was responsible for extremely similar platforms in my previous Real world career for a communications dept. I specialized in VoIP/SIP gateways. That's is what i used to do, I can make this a reality!

Mitch, I to am a man of my word. This is not for my personal wealth i will allocate a small living wage for my 6 months and continuing dedicated time and effort (a complete breakdown of suggested salaries will be made public). These IPO funds are for the progression of AeroME. I will need every single bit raised to get my plans finished and out the door. What i would like to see is when in AeroME is in continuous profit, that i can have a salary along side all of the early investors gaining their due profits. Also, I want to reinforce the fact that if this IPO is a success, your holdings will be set to 4k sats right out of the gate. It should be noted as well, if this IPO fails, AeroME will still be released as promised. However, we will be unable to afford the addition of tapping into additional markets. My goal is not to cut holders chance at profit for my own gain, simply put it's this. Would you rather have a large piece of a $1 pie, or a small piece of a bakery making the pies? Those whole ICO madness was useless, nobody buys it, ill doubt it even collect 100 BTC.
Many Aerocoin investors hurt a lot , lost a lot of their Bitcoins, all for nothing.

The fact that people still trust Aero after all this is crazy to me... Aero is going to go down to nothing, people need to move on and take their losses before they lose everything. I myself lost over 3 BTC on Aero because of this fiasco and I have cut my losses at that. I have been following Aero for 4 or 5 months now and during that time AeroMe has always been "right around the corner" or "almost done." If AeroMe was having even a few hours a week put into its development it would have been done already. Its over everyone. I myself was convinced otherwise, but it was a scam all along. Time to move to greener pastures

That's all you needed to say first!! Everyone is more than entitled to their own opinion, it just winds me up when posters write 'scam' or 'coins dead' or gloating 'I sold ages ago'! I'm absolutely not calling you a troll but you have to admit that does sound troll like!!! Like your last post you can be negative, there's nothing wrong with having an opinion! The only thing I will state is by saying people who are holding till the end! It's not an investment philosophy it's that some people believe in this particular project! People like myself who have seen the amount of work going on behind the scenes across many different areas and the strength of the core of the community! We believe as in all businesses that it's not a sprint it's a marathon and patience will pay off! So much so it's not all about profit but actually seeing something through without giving up on it! Who knows? But it's been a fun journey, met some great people within the community and look forward to much more to come!
