There is nothing for free, if U wanna get something U must give something. Time is not big problem, but many for proof my loyalty of this coin, no thank U very much- maybe later when we know each other well.

We're not actually sure about it but there are also a lot of airdrops that you need to send some eth to prevent joining of multiple accounts and manage abuse in airdrops.
If you're really desperate to have some of it then send it like this is for exchange of their tokens besides it's really less than a bucks.

It could be a scam of course but it could also be just abandoned. Don't send funds to any address and you are fine.
