Based on what they posted on Facebook, they ran out of ETH to pay the airdrop transactions with. This is most likely why some people haven't received their round 1 airdrop.
I think the 0.005 is just to pay your transaction fee for the airdrop.

From what I know, airdrops are for free. Asking for payment is not even a valid excuse just to qualify airdrop participants.

if you guys send some of your eth in order to get the 'airdrop',it can not be called an airdrop.
but instead it'll be token sale.
no matter what,just do your own math and calculation.
