It is an ICO instead of airdrop, no matter the reason they have but asking for participants to send some eth is not an airdrop. Surprisingly, there are still some people who are willing to send their eth for this scammy airdrop. I would advise everyone to stay away, there is no good reasons for you to spend your money for this kind of project.
