my wallet spends alot of time on loading block index, what could be the solution, is it peers, because i only have 1 peers.dat file, in appdata

I also bought 10k AMS coins and I could not withdraw all my coins to my private wallet.
I still wait for finishing sync and I hope I can collect more cheap coins to make a masternode later.

I already have my wallet synchronized. How do I start solo mining? Which setting to use? Can someone please help me? 
How people are mining the coin if they have almost no pool for it. Can someone tell me the mining soil? Or what is the way everyone is undermining?

yesterday i performed a transaction to cryptodao, it shows up in the block explorer, but the deposit has not been credited into my account. I want to warn everybody to be carefull with this young exchange, there is no trackrecord yet and this sure does not look promising. I have also posted a message in their thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.18921810 it is self moderated, so if they delete it we know enough.
Be warned everyone, I recommend to halt deposits to this site untill they resolve this matter.

guy's I believe this is big, AMS now has a RUB/USD/CNY market, not a lot of coins can say that. This website is new and therefore trust needs to be build for people to really leave a lot of money on the exchange, but it looks promising!
