Both the CPU and GPU hashrate are relatively low because of the introduction of the Nfactor.

the pool seems to suggest pointing cgminer at it like standard scrypt mining? how can this work like that?
There are modifications in both cgminer and mine pool.
GPU and CPU mining tools are here. I will update them in the topic later.

Source dont make working client. I doup it's even same than compiled client.
Coin is possible mining with GPU miner, but there is no GPU miner at all.
Coin is so premined and instamined.

There are users have developed the mine pool by this source code and the pool is working in normal. You need to add these 6 algorithms - Blake, BMW, groestl, JH, keccak, skein - to the project file, which can help you compiled successfully.

Before announcing here we must premine enough blocks to reward the beta version ARC holder. The time and work they paid has given us a lot of help. About the ARC beta announcement is here.
