Hi staysecure.

Are you interested in Italian translation for ARCO? If Italian translation has not already been reserved by someone else, i could do it. Italian is my motherlanguage, so i will not use automatic translation like google translate.

waiting to hear from you.

Thanks.

hi @Cent21 that would be great. Please read https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.17393444 for transation bounty info.

Ty and have a great weekend.

Effective as of right now i have removed all ARCO 1.1 and 1.1.1 releases from Git and website files directory.

Current ARCO 2.0 wallets and source are available here: https://github.com/AquariusNetwork/ARCO/releases/tag/v2.0.0

A quick reminder to everyone that we are slowly approaching hardfork block.

At time of writing we are at block 566809. Hardfork kicks in at 589289.

If anyoone needs some help with the update reach out on Telegram https://t.me/AquariusCoin.

As ARCO chain is not young anymore it may have become more difficulty for you to run a full wallet / node and if this has become a problem consider the following options:
- moving your coins to PoSWallet where they will continue to stake,
- sent them to cold storage by generating a paperwallet here or better yet do it offline (see https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.17117818)
- sent them to Cryptopia (exchanges are not a place for holding your coins but for trading so please do take that into consideration)

If you find your node IP here you are up for the upgrade as soon as possible.

Code:
addnode=148.251.90.34
addnode=177.85.75.12
addnode=178.91.27.160
addnode=185.117.101.202
addnode=186.194.17.46
addnode=217.174.56.199
addnode=23.91.11.138
addnode=45.32.146.140
addnode=46.242.11.88
addnode=62.182.68.168
addnode=77.121.108.134
addnode=84.54.156.152
addnode=91.185.79.83
addnode=91.201.178.245
addnode=178.63.60.137
addnode=89.12.190.66
addnode=89.14.39.95
addnode=94.231.132.82
addnode=98.5.123.15

For reference Cryptopia, Bitsquare and PoSWallet and all seed/master nodes are already running the ARCO 2.0. so dont get left behind on the non supported chain as your coins sitting on ARCO 1.1 wallets will not be transactable with ARCO 2.0 if you do not update and i will not spare a minute of sleep since there was plenty of time to update.

Thank you for your trust and continued support of this project.

Havea a great weekend.

Jure told me that some orders should be completed and ARCO pair will appear on Bitsquare exchange. Once that happens I'll notify Gliss (coinmarketcap's owner) to add this exchange as well.

P.S. I also had conversation with FAIL's team member and cryptocloudhosting owner Adam. ARCO's listing will be delayed, because he's now busy organizing CoinFest UK 2017, which will be on April 8, so CCH's development was put on hold.

Cheers,
Spartak

Tnx @spartak

Happy Birthday, ARCO! Long life and less orphaned blocks! Smiley

Thank you @spartak  Grin

Orphan blocks are already declining fast from 572 orhpans on 5th january to 186 on 18th february.

The number would be much lower if the remaining 14 nodes would finally take the time to upgrade to ARCO 2.0 as they have no reason not to.

Number of blocks untill hardfork 29656 therefore aprox 20 days to go.

Hello there Wink
can someone give me the link to the old wallet, because i've deleted it and got some difficult to migrate to the new one with my big wallet.dat (57MB)

Hi @gambino you can find previous releases here https://github.com/AquariusNetwork/ARCOold/releases

Do note that you dont need to redownload the entire blockchain but you will have to wait for the blocks to be imported after running  the new ARCO 2.0 release https://github.com/AquariusNetwork/ARCO/releases/tag/v2.0.0.

Dear community. The best birthday gift ever just landed in my hands.

With great pleasure announcing the release of Bitsqaure 0.4.9.9.

https://github.com/bitsquare/bitsquare/releases/tag/v0.4.9.9

Features, improvements and additions:

With this update we increase the transaction (mining) fee and the security deposit.
This will avoid problems that transactions needs longer to get confirmed in periods when the backlog of unconfirmed transactions on the blockchain is very high.
Offers from this version and offers from older versions are not compatible.
You cannot take an offer which was created with version 0.4.9.8 or earlier, as well a user with an old version cannot take an offer which was created with version 0.4.9.9.
It is highly recommended to remove your offers before you update to that version.
When you update you get forced to remove your old offers (or shut down the app).
You can update even if you have a trade open (if the offer was created with an older version we use the old tx fee and security deposit for that trade).

Beside that important change we improved the Tor handling for BitcoinJ (supports now DNS lookup over Tor and connection to Bitcoin full nodes running as hidden service).

Release notes 0.4.9.9:

- Changed trade transaction fee from 0.0002 BTC to 0.0005 BTC
- Change protocol version for offers to support higher transaction fee
- Change Create-Offer-Fee from 0.0005 BTC to 0.0008 BTC (includes the 0.0005 tx fee, so the net fee to the arbitrator is same as before -> 0.0003 BTC)
- Increase security deposit from 0.1 BTC to 0.3 BTC
- Add LTBcoin, Fermat (IOP), Swarm City Token (SWT), AquariusCoin,, Byte, Nevacoin, PIVX, Xaurum, Safe FileSystem Coin (SFSC)
- Support for Bitcoin nodes running as hidden services
- DNS lookup over Tor
- Connect to local Bitcoin Core node if it is running (ignore use Tor flag)
- Add program argument: socks5DiscoverMode
- Export Wallet data (keys) feature
- Show percentage in spreads table
- Add input validation for Norwegian bank account
- Fix bank account from for Chile and Norwegian
- Add Georgia, Botswana
- Add new blockexplores: SoChain, Bitaps
- Added check for ZEC addresses (only t addresses are permitted) and info popup for ZEC and ZXC
- Added input validation for altocin addresses: IOP, PIVX, GBYTE
- Added input validation for IBAN, BIC, email
- Rename Cash/ATM deposit to Cash deposit
- Increase max. allowed deviation from market price to 30%
- Don't show error popup for exception on Linux after screen resolution change or return from monitor standby
- Use more randomized prefix for short offer ID, add version as postfix
- Show arbitrators support tab if arbitrator has revoked but has open disputes
- Increase offer availability and trade timeouts
- Update to JDK 8u121
- Enable again the Apple developer certificate for code signing on OSX
- Url of the signing key (Manfred Karrer): https://bitsquare.io/pubkey/F379A1C6.asc

Hint for Debian users:
If you have problems starting Bitsquare on Debian use: /opt/Bitsquare/Bitsquare

- cpu grade is somewhere important
How important is it? Small enough Intel Celeron N3150?
A small wish Wink

Yeah i know Smiley I promise we will take care of the cosmetic work as well. First lets get thru the first hardfork.

I am being very carefull where the funds go as my blockchains had no premine, no ico or and type of fundraising so please take that into consideration.

There are quite a few great wallet designers here on BCT and if anyone is prepaird to do some work for ARCO (as in paid in ARCOs) i am open to suggesttions and collaboaration.

Dear stakers the amount of ARCOs you are staking is not the only factor the affects on how many PoS blocks you will find.

There are many other factors:

- number of connections is important
- quality of your internet connection
- cpu grade is somewhere important
- open ARCO P2P port 6205 on your router will definetly improve your chances

Note that AquariusCoin has 64second blocks with that in mind the quality of you internet connection plays a vital role here.

Hope i have cleared up any confusions.

I recently updated my wallet to v2.0 but unfortunately, I'm staking nearly nothing per day. I'm owning around 7500 coins and find around 10 blocks every day. Before the update, I found at least 30 blocks every day. Is there something wrong my wallet? The wallet is running all the time (24h/365d) without any interruption.

Nope you are all good. Do note that you are competing at PoS with early adoptors check BE for a more clear picture https://chainz.cryptoid.info/arco/#!rich  and PoSWallet group stake pool.

This may help you stake more blocks. Generate a new recieve address in your wallet and send all your coins to yourself.

But hey you are getting 10 blocks and that really is not bad not bad at all.

Tnx for running a full node BTW  Cheesy
