Oh wow, I was expecting yet another horrible IRC update, already got my arrows out and was inspecting the github. I've seen many lately, all sucky clones from the same buggy implementation.
But this actually works ... albeit a bit strange with the unified PM tab ... but that's probably just a matter of getting used to!
New reward-scheme not bad either, assuming you guys will deliver more updates.
Looks like this is still mineable too (low diff and nethash atm).

Wow ! Realy like the new wallet. Reward scheme looks good also. Happy i'm still mining this coin all this time.
Shame it so undervalued. This aint no shitcoin. Look at the code, this dev can dev.
Hope that the Pos (or something better?) comes soon. With the new reward scheme in mind i think i will buy some more on trex also next to what i get by mining.
Hope that your community expands more. Been mining GRS but that coin is dying i guess.
This coin is the next best GRS algo coin in my opinion.

The new reward system will apply from block 85.000 and higher; we have removed the superblocks entirely and lowered the total coins generated in the PoW-phase by 33%. The new scheme is as follows:
New Scheme
Reward Times Total
--------------------------------
10 x 85.000 = 850.000
7.5 x 65.000 = 487.500
5 x 100.000 = 500.000
2.5 x 250.000 = 625.000
1 X 500.000 = 500.000

1.000.000 2.932.500
Block total is 1.000.000.

This new scheme 'frees' nearly 1.6 million coins from PoW which can now be used for PoS (or another stake-like reward scheme) without increasing our total coin supply.
Also we are pleased to announce we integrated our IRC-channel in the wallet, you can now chat with other ATH-users without a client or via a webservice. Unfortunately it turned out the open source code many wallets base their chat upon was quite buggy. We felt we could not release like this so we decided to rewrite most of the server implementation. Because we feel the channel is the most important and should have focus we opted for not displaying private messages in separate tabs, but in a single one. For this same reason we are not allowing you to join other channels. If you want the real IRC experience you should install a real IRC client and join us in #atheistcoin on freenode.net
There is 1 known bug left in the private message tab, but since we only have little time left before block 85000 we decided on releasing anyway and pushing the fix to the next wallet release.
Known bug in IRC: Wallet crashes if you receive a private message AFTER changing your nickname, and only then .. so just don't change your nickname

Before upgrading: remove ALL files but your wallet.dat (it is always wise to make a backup of your wallet.dat before doing anything)

Actually I happen to know the dev is doing a lot about it, new wallet coming in a few days, but you wouldn't know since you never bothered to visit the IRC or forum or anything before you made dumb claims ... acting like you are a part of the community .. lol .. this is the first time you ever show your face and you start talking about take-overs? Currently mining it with 2x R290, not complaining about the pool payouts.
Bittrex price is a bargain i think. Hope you guys will implement the PoS in near future.
Also noticed that ATH is at position 4 in the Poloniex votinglist (yeah got my vote also).
Hope to a bright future for this coin & concept.

We are currently testing the new wallet and its features, fixing some last bugs then hopefully release it asap. We cant give out a certain date yet, but we are working as hard as we can to release it as soon as possible. About the POS, its true that we are considering it and exploring the current possibilities.
We would also like to take this opportunity to let everyone know we are not getting delisted from Bittrex.

With the current 52613 blocks and 526,130 ATH outstanding we are happy to say the POW phase is going along very nice and without issues.
If there are any suggestions for future changes we are open to comments from our community, so please dont hesitate to share your thoughts.
We are planning on releasing a new wallet version, which we are sure you will all like very much.
Also it has come to our attention that not many of the ATH community/investors/miners/traders are active on our social media, we would like to ask everyone to step up and get involved. Also if you think you can help us out in any way please contact us!

Don't know how i missed this coin, great the walllet design.
While looking at the specs i don't get why it is so undervalued atm.

do we need poloniex?....there isnt enough volume to spread amongst more exchanges imo
bittrex is fine, we just need more people to get involved with atheistcoin..
