If all of us unstake the wallets, it seems new blocks won't be generated.The result - we can not be synchronized.

Correct if no one stakes, blockchain dies, coin dies because transactions cant be processed. When the dev gets tired of loading up on coins at these prices I am sure a fix will be implemented to reduce confirms and speed up block generation. If not this coin will die.

Wait 500 confirms then dont unlock your wallet for stake anymore.
How to check confirmations?
Just hover the mouse pointer over the transaction of the incoming stake.

Have had wallet open and locked for 2 days now but still all coins stuck in Stake. How long does it take to clear your coins in order to move them?

Did not work, coins still stuck in stake:-( This is ridiculous, three fricken days trying to access my coins and wallet has been locked the entire time!

how to stop stakeing, to get stake balance back to spendable ?
BCATcoin-qt.exe -staking 0or encrypt the wallet.
It won't be quickly.
It will take 410 confirmations after which the stake amount + interest will be moved back to your balance.
BUT
Unconfirmed all timmmmeee
Indeed very slowly because very little wallets online. But it's still working.
