Obviously the network weight will increase as time goes on but the increase in the past few days has been A LOT no 
? I was getting stakes with less than a day before but now

name of .conf file must be seems like name of last folder, and as i remember bitcoinscrypt.conf is wrong name, and wallet dont see them.
No, you're wrong. The name of the file is OK. The name should be bitcoincashscrypt.conf, but it must be located in the %appdata% folder (open Windows Explorer and enter %appdata% into the folder location), subfolder BitcoinCashScript.

When it opened, the wallet out of sync most of the time.
