Distribution model doesn't seem right. You premined 25M coins and only send up to 625 coins? It's very funny.
I'd say the right way to do it is start a list with claims from users and keep it open for 30 days. After 30 days divide all coins between users who claimed coins.

I should imagine it would be difficult to add POS on at this stage?
It would make this a complete coin though

It just needs to be planned in advance so everybody can update their wallet.

Tried to trade some of my BCT on swaphole but someone crashed the price waaaaaay down... pulled my coins back to my wallet... will see what other exchange pops up.
