ICOs skyrocketed the price of listing fees, because for them, that was free money.

Maybe in the future exchanges will lower the fees to a reasonable price because now the fees are ridiculous.

I definitely would like to see Bismuth on those exchange, but I think it's not quite the right time. Bismuth developments are still in early age, a large of room for development still need. And I don't think Bismuth team have any funds for exchange listing. Listing on those exchange will surely give Bismuth a huge benefit, but a lot of time still required, and we just need to patiently wait.

True, but maybe one day after they noted the large movement of ETH and Centrality.

Or they noted on 13rd but they made the announcement one day later, who knows.

I think is too early to make any assumption, lets hope is not the same case as Novaexchange.
