No they can not emulate BITCOIN WHITE. Because BITCOIN WHITE has good number of expereined developers behind the project and BTW it is not ERC-20 token. This project - it is one more shit token, unfortunately.

The idea came from Bitcoin's scalability issues and transaction speeds. The problem is solved with Ethereum and Solidity.
