I dont know if this is discussed , but it is serious for me. If the internet connection is interrupted and there is no internet , the miner keeps mining and loading the gpus at max , actually mining is not interrupted and electricity is being consumed for nothing. I tried the other grin miners and they don`t have such issue. Please look at this problem , cause sometimes internet issues happen and there is no point of the gpus to mine for nothing. I didn`t have internet for 4 hours , but the rig was consuming 1200w every hour as if it mines. I made after that an experiment and removed the internet cable from the board and the rig kept mining with 1200w , this is not good guys , not good.

Just tried doing the same - mine says no internet connection, drops the power usage. I am on SMOS, if that is the issue.

Feature request

Please add the auto-tuning results (as detected during miner warmup) to the miner API. I would like to retrieve them programatically so that they can be saved for further runs.

Thank you!

I can not mine C31 Windows10-64bit for 1080TI RIG ?

https://2.pik.vn/2019eb815d8d-53bd-4108-9d41-77843bea4d5a.png

This is unfixable? We cannot use Bminer for c31 with windows 10?

Will fix in a future release.
Win 10 took too much memory, it should be fine if mining under win 7 or Linux system.

I have the same problem on Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS with 1080 ti. I thought it works on linux. Any solution to solve the problem?

It should work, at least works for me and most ofthe people here.

True. I fixed the problem and now it works. Turned out that my gnome shell used too much gpu memory, so I killed it and now it works like a dream.

Linux FOREVER! Resistance is futile!!!
Mining ETH on Ethermine.org with bminer not showing my reported hashrate.

Do I need to add any arguments to enable reporting hashrate to pool?

Edit:
Looks like it's sending wrong hashrate to pool, I have a 12x1060 rig and pool shows 21 as my reported hashrate.

@realbminer we are counting on 8gb support - lots of 1070 & 1080 cards sitting and waiting Smiley

Bminer is not showing accepted shares on the miner on my rig but it is showing I am getting shares on the pool at thegrinpool.... I have 3 different workers connected and it is hard to tell which ones are working as the pool does not list workers separately. One of the three rigs is showing accepted shares but the other two are not but they are obviously working as my G/s are higher than any one rig will make. Just wanted to let someone know as it seems like a bug.

Can you please share your command?

Ubuntu 18.04
./bminer.exe -uri cuckaroo29://[email protected]:[email protected]:4747

It seems to start showing Accepted shares at some point but I haven't sat around and watched to see how long it takes. Also, recently it was showing Accepted shares like crazy and I was not showing my G/s on the pool on my 7 gtx 1070's rig as my 2 individual gtx 1070's WERE showing on the pool (they are on Windows 7). I had to restart the rig to get it to connect and it is obviously connected as my hash showed on the pool but no accepted shares on the terminal in Ubuntu.

I had a similar issue with this! on https://thegrinpool.com, I joined their telegram channel and their dedicated support team helped me out, the issue was resolved on their end and everything is fine now. Their pool has been very lucky too! Going to update after month of mining with them.

Also, to everyone: do yourself a favor and switch to Luxor pool. Has virtually 0% rejected shares and pays consistently. It is also backed by an actual (american) company, with actual NON-anonymous people behind it: https://www.luxor.tech/company ... both Eddie and Nick are on Discord and have been more than helpful.

All other pools, without exception, STILL have rejected shares issues and/or disconnection issues (the big 3 are atrocious: Grinmint, F2pool, sparkpool). I have 2-5% rejected shares on most other pools. What's worse, especially on F2pool, is that sometimes the pool bans you for 15 minutes for too many rejected shares in a row (particularly when you mine with large rigs, e.g. rented from MRR or Nicehash).

It's also a good idea to switch anyway in order to distribute hashrate a little.

There should be support for 8gb cards coming soon, or at least I hope so, since the other developers have put this to work

Hello,
I have small remark regarding beam.
It is not possible to work in mixed rig environment, while selecting either AMD or NVIDIA works. Do you plan to enumerate all platforms at once?

Guys, what is your hashrate on c31 using 1080ti on Windows?
I have about 0.75-0.87 per card (but 7.12 on c29)

Win7, 1080ti Asus Strix, 416.94 drivers
949mv locked,
power limit 100% (working at about 80% average),
core +220 (working at about 1923 mhz)
memory +400 at P0 (working at 5899 mhz) + Pill

Not on Windows, but on HiveOS - 1.29-1.43.  Pool side shows about the same but with 5-6% rejects.  210w power limit +100/+1000 and running the OhGodAnETHlargementPill.  However, bminer crashes and restarts every 1-3 hours.  It's still much faster than gminer.

@realbminer - can we please have an option to mine c31 on all cards that can do it, and c29 on the others? I have rigs with a mixture of 1070 and 1080Ti. Right now I'm forced to run run two instances of bminer, each with different "--devices" options. This makes it hard to monitor (two log files, etc etc).

As far as I can tell, the Revenue tab is just not being used. All it shows on my dashboard is 0's, except for the Network Difficulty. For me, efficiency has ranged from 99.83% to 100%, and I rarely see rejected shares on Bminer - On my P106Rig, Bminer shows 3286 accepted / 19 rejected. The Luxor reported efficiency appears to actually be 15-minute efficiency or something similar.

few just rejected per 1000 shares. that's much better!
and fast payment. thanks for advise!  Wink
