Hi, realbminer
any news about Bminer's next version? any new feature? Thanks!

Soon! Wink

thanks! are you working on equihash 144,5 already? or you are working on other new algorithms?

We need more algorithms.

any suggestions to what algorithm to add? thanks!

Bminer i use your miner over DSTM any day for a few reason one i can turn off the fee if i want to, which i don't and right now it's about the only miner that lets me mine BTM with NV cards, i love it mining asic type coins  better then the ASIC miner with video cards right now and i know that might change soon so I'm mining what i can an holding and hoping more exchanges take them soon .

plus you all are working on the equihash 144,5 algorithm adding support i wish there was a better one for amd cards for that algorithm but atm there is only one and it seems to be moving a long to slow and it looks like CM may not support it .

also i got a feeling yours will run better then EWBF Cuda Equihash Miner v0.4 once it's done for the equihash 144,5 algorithm.

Hi, toptek12. Thanks for your feedback. Glad that you like our BTM mining feature.
We are also trying to do some research on more algorithms and see what we can do for NVIDIA GPU mining users.
if you have good ideas please feel free to leave us messages here.

Congratulations Bminer. Your software is now faster than DSTM mining ZEC with 3 GTX 1060 3 GB using Flypool. Thank you.

Thanks!

I mining Bytom.

At stock clock i have about 1120H/s with 1080ti and 1200H/s with TitanXP.

I expected 1300H/s with 1080ti. I tried W7 and W10 x64, 4 different Nvidia drivers..... and still same hashing power, what can be wrong?

Hi Maxpower666:

Thanks for the feedback. Would you please give me more information such as command line and the output on the screen if it is normal.
The mining speed may be lower if the temperature is higher than the default number.

1200H/s with 1080ti stock clock

Thanks, I will check it.

Is there way to see PCI addresses for GPU´s?

I have 11 GPU's in use and i want to know what physical GPU is bminer GPU N. I first assume that it't using cuda dev id's but seems that is not case.
example GPU 2 in bminer seems to be GPU 1 in nvidia-smi (00000000:02:00.0)

It's not a big issue but it's pretty annoying to figure out what GPU is running too hot. (Im limiting temp to 80 with bminer -max-temperature option)

Hi, prelude2018:
very good question, please check two links below first.

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26123252/inconsistency-of-ids-between-nvidia-smi-l-and-cudevicegetname
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/13781738/how-does-cuda-assign-device-ids-to-gpus?utm_medium=organic&utm_source=google_rich_qa&utm_campaign=google_rich_qa

please export CUDA_DEVICE_ORDER=PCI_BUS_ID then you will see the same output of Bminer and nvidia-smi.

realbminer,
I am concerned with the power draw stability (sawtooth) on Bytom's algorithm. Could you increase the implied intensity or introduce a configurable intensity parameter? Russian miners also complain about this issue.

nVidia 1060 3GB, stock settings, no thermal throttling, no CPU throttling

We have an option -max-temperature for thermal throttling.
