what do weicrowd if ICO program fails? refund the funds to the contributors or make them for the new token?

A very complex and interconnected business model. That way, a developer will be easier in fundraising for project development purposes. I strongly support WeiCrowd as a platform that will be very useful in the future.

does WeiX just list token that works with WeiCrowd when ICO? or all coins have the possibility to trade on WeiX Exchange?
what about FIAT, will WeiX support the fiat currency?
of course ETH and major coins will be listed on WeiX as trading pairs to facilitate users. But coins that work together when ICO will get priority as a coin that has been made sure will be in the list in WeiX. It is a distinct advantage for investors and developers to hold a fair, safe and mutually beneficial ICO event what about FIAT, will WeiX support the fiat currency?

If the ICO fails or does not reach the initial soft cap, then they must return the money. But if they do, there is no further real obligation. This means that the project just stopped, without further action. But before all it was decided there must have been a discussion first among investors and developers, with a democratic voting. i think the team will enable other cryptocurrency like ethereum, dash, ripple, etc. So the exchange can be operating without waiting startups to use weicrowd platform for their crowdsale. what about FIAT, will WeiX support the fiat currency?

WeiCrowd looks like a very promising project. Consideration to buy tokens when WEIS Token Sale is the price offered is definitely cheaper, than we buy it on the exchange.
