if you check the CV of CEO Mr. Gary Leo as concerns blockoptions it clearly states and give investor preference.

but this has nothing to with project progress.. everything will still go ahead as planed..

The CEO of blockoptions MR. Gary Leo is from China, so yes blockoptions is considered a Chinese ICO and so the china ICO band affected it.
it has nothing to with investments and project developments. for we already have enough funds to carry on with development and marketing..

Is that real the owner of the Blockoption is from China, then he need to follow their rules and regulation. Otherwise he will be in trouble because China government is very serious about the ICO's launching through China people.

that is why the ico has been stopped.
we won't have any legal issues

taking one thing and solving it properly would be good, not trying to solve all problems in the world in one platform. for you would end up solving none or even worse creating more problems.
