Money raised in an ICO doesnt connect or decide the future of any Company, not unless it's a company that is only trying to make money through the ICO.
As matter of fact, the less money money we get from the ICO, the more money we are likely to make when we are in the Exchange. Because the total circulating supply will be reduced, and the value of the coin will be much higher then . For example right now, we're offering for example 1 Tio for $0.077, which means 12,980 Tio tokens for only USD$1,000. if we raise less money in the ICO, then we have lesser supply and more tokens to sell at a higher. So if we raised less and our total circulating supply becomes say 700,000 Tio and is selling for maybe $2 per token, then 12,980 Tio sold will give us US$25,960. The people who are currently participating in our Bounty are those who believe that our token will be of great value someday, and they are smartly collecting rewards from the bounty now.
