No, it is not a fork. Network hashrate is being reported by the wallet and it is just an estimate of the actual rate. When pool's hashrate exceeds network hashrate (which is of course impossible, but given that network hashrate is just an estimate it happens) MPOS had this bug to report pool's hashrate divided by 1000. I think dev already dumped his premine first day when it hit bittrex（check it）.I‘m never going to trust any chinese coin again.
