Unfortunately, today such cases are widespread in the development of projects, especially - when the basic principle of employees is money and nothing more. Type behavior:
- Pay money - I work.
- Delay money - I do not work.
- I see that the company is gaining success - we must try to earn more on it! I'll try to manipulate!
They do not understand the marketing strategy of the company. They do not understand financial matters because it is not their responsibility. They can just get money and do something for them. It is not the responsibility of the line employee to draw conclusions regarding the project’s potential.
No, all of the above does not mean that the project is unprofessional and has poor build quality, because we all know perfectly well that today there are no problems with finding specialists, there is only a problem with their quality and unfortunately with their hidden potential: both negative and positive.
If we consider individual successful projects - the team makes a contribution to it. But the most important contribution of the company for development is a formed team of founders and managers who understand the further development map of the company, who see the company's prospects and, most importantly, believe in their idea and project success.
All that concerns the opinions of line employees - they have the right to talk about these topics - but they have no right to allow critical decisions regarding the company.
