Yes, Some people failed to understand that development cannot happen overnight. it would take months, For as long as the project keep posting relevant updates, Listing and partnership being announced we should all be grateful that the dev team are still working behind the scenes despite the bear market condition of year 2018.

I saw the promise of this project. From time to time I read about this news. in the early stages of development it was a certain movement. the team tried to develop its idea.
now I see a lot of plans. I would really like them to be implemented. let the team do not give up.

The fact that BSD works all the time, is being actively developed,
and is available on one of the best and most secure exchanges,
among other smaller ones, offers enough opportunity to build
around BSD as store-of-value, a convenient crypto currency,
be that by offering services or products, goods, collectibles… 

Most of what BSD really needs now is not too far away, a
better branding & design, a more lively & vocal promotion.

I think most have been low key & trying to accumulate BSD 
to have more than one or two masternodes in this good coin.

The monetary policy is quite optimal for longterm growth with
appreciation even just on slight increases of additional adoption.

Dash is surely an example from which some lessons can be learned.
Initially, the have been more focussed to compound for years before
their successful rise emerged fast with a proactive value perception.
Dash success is facilitated by a high value per unit, liquidity is easier
made available to more exchanges as much less coins are required
to provide a smooth, attractive, and reasonable trading experience
on any new exchanges andstimulate investments of their user base.

Most forget to appreciate that trading is one of the first real use cases,
and it certainly is the most prodigious & mighty growth factor in cryptos.

BSD & its community has a really good opportunity to grow larger,
gain more attention by being more vocal & by initiating new activities…

Starting a little economy around BSD is a seedling that can grow big.

The first post on the first page needs an update, there is still a link to cryptopia under the exchanges section. Cryptopia is dead and doesn't look like they'll be coming back.

That's it. There isn't much going on. I wouldn't raise my expectations too high.

Look's like you are not actively following this project, Back read a few pages and you will see the different announcement made by dgcarlosleon.

Having a 720th place on Coinmarketcap doesn't justify the amount of development being done with the project. You can see some tokens/coin in top 100 that don't have actual product or development.

What I do sometimes:
I force myself to remove a coin's market price in analyzing a coin's development so that I could determine if there is still some value and future to the coin. For this analysis to be complete, I really need to know what the developer team did and plans to do in the years to come.

What more features? Why is it then in the 720 place on Coinmarketcap..Which Merchants?..Tell me

The coin is listed on Bittrex, Upbit and Livecoin other exchanges have no or a volume less that 0.05 BTC..

Just because I made a general statement about masternode coins, it does not mean I consider them ponzis or even implied that bsd is one. All I meant is that high returns are baked in their model to make them attractive but they inevitably lead to dumping because, after all, there is no free lunch.

BSD has some things still going for it. It's been out a while (and not died), it has somewhat reasonable returns (not crazy 100+ % along with pos like other MN coins) and the team has not jumped ship.

This is far from enough these days for long term survival.

I understand you might not agree but I don't see how having skin in the game makes my statement less justified. I'm just trying to see things from a distance without rose tinted glasses and emotional attachment.

For someone who has 2 running masternode posting such statement cannot be justified.

Its true that its just another masternode coin, but there are big difference between BSD and in the current masternode project that being launch every day using a ponzi business model and without real development.

BSD might have been special 3 years ago, it's just another vanilla masternode coin today.
Altcoin season may come but bsd will not move much.

It's not the devs fault that the market is oversaturated. This is not a critique to the dev team, they did a decent job. I still hold 2 masternodes and I will not dump them. They might as well go to zero at this point.
The sad truth is that not every coin can survive in the long run and the odds are not in bsd's favor. I like the optimistic spirit of some people here, but really, they are just being in denial.

In fact, almost all masternode coins have been hit hard. Their business model does not seem to work in the long run, except maybe for dash and others with low returns.

As a simple community members you can start by simply tweeting anything about BSD project. Also facebook post will help to get some attention from other people.

As a holder we all have the unwritten obligation that we need to support the project in their marketing and Creating a value for our holdings.

I learned about this coin 3 years ago, I follow the development, I launched the masternode.
For all this time I had no doubts about the correctness of the choice.
The developer is capable and adequate person, development the coin goes may not be so fast, but goes.
The price has dump, yes, but for many coins the price is rolling down, it’s not about the quality of the coin, but about the movement of the market.
The price will increase, I believe in it, while we hodl and wait.

Interesting to see people bashing and accusing a dev with base- and -pointless accusations,
BECAUSE he & the BSD team did an exemplary & most generous Airdrop to stimulate adoption of BSD,
carried out steadily for Years, showing that it's not all about the money and short-term gains.

Admittedly, BSD has had some volatility, and hundreds of gigantic price spikes throughout its existence,
I'd dare to say other coins can only beg in vain for such a volatility, showing much interest, if anything….
Some smart people would know how to see that BSD price-discovery in a positive light.

BSD has been working all the time and never was hacked, rolled back, artificially inflated, NO PRE-SALE,
NO-ICO, no scamming ever, if BSD is cheap now so be it, surely an opportunity some will notice & take.

BSD is one of the Best and most trustworthy project in blockchain projects looking for long-term adoption.
It's one of the oldest persistently developed projects keeping a low profile on announcements:

PS: Looks like there is already some accumulation and a bit of a revival going on in BSD…

BSD has more features and more listings compare to other cryptocurrency. There are more merchant that accept BSD compare to other coins.

Until BTC goes mainstream, We cannot expect other coins to create a real use case.

Its not about what they offer, its what they can do to make BSD stand out from the rest.

Let's be realistic, I'm not here to FUD but the coin doesn't have a purpose expect that it's a masternode coin and nothing else..the airdrops were a nice touch (they lasted for 2 years?), but it doesn't offer anything else..

I think a lot of people is going to sell bsd now that airdrop is coming to an end... That's why bitsend price is suffering...

I hope in a few months bsd could recover.
