Nice to hear the partnership of Bitsend and europecoin with federated blockchains. Innovations are flowing around the forum.

@gadado Great job, that was a little attack. A user has created a wrong fork by Block 183722. Then goinig the Network and Pools in a safty modus and wait on a correct Block.
After 6h can you create a block with every solo miner. (Funktion BitSend Diffbreak).

Yes it look ok now.

The blockchain was stuck for 10 hours. I know this because I was missing 1 confirmation for the masternode yesterday and in the morning I was still missing that confirmation.

Wasn't sure if all miners were suffently gone (bittrex had a maintenance sign, pools were dead, explorers stuck on my blockheight) or the network had a fork.

I started my solo GPU miner which pretty much moved the blockchain forward on it's own for 2 hours generating me 1500 BSD.
Turns out there was really no one mining those 10 hours and I have got a fully valid 1500 BSD for free.

Anyway.

The thing with the masternode.conf indeed doesn't work. No matter what I tried.

So I followed your guide http://bitsend.info/forums/index.php?topic=34.0 which  works very well.

Guess not that many knows that you can do that.

I set it up this way:

# Bitsend 0 MainNode, Empty Wallet, Empty bitsend.conf
--------------------------------------------------------
# Bitsend 1 MasterNode1
bind=127.0.0.101
[MasterNodeEntries]
--------------------------------------------------------
# Bitsend 2 MasterNode2
bind=127.0.0.102
[MasterNodeEntries]

From the Blockexplorer:

"Warning: The network does not appear to fully agree! Some miners appear to be experiencing issues."

In fact it seems the "main" block chain (explorer/AikaPool) stopped 10 hours ago. So be careful.

Hello gadado,

thank you for your info. I think it is all okay. A user has created a fork. It is only a safty mode.

Here the Chain is correct.

need help trying to setup more than 1 masternode on same wallet... using masternode.conf...
i do exactly the same as other wallets that have masternode option but on bsd i get always this error:
"overall" : "Successfully started 0 masternodes, failed to start 1, total 1",
    "detail" : {
        "status" : {
            "alias" : "ADxo5J4QQHe53VfgqKoZUbf2yGjv7P5yM",
            "result" : "failed",
            "errorMessage" : "could not allocate vin"

what is vin dev?!!! why it only starts by bitsend.conf.....
ive seen the masternode list and view that its possible theres an ip address with more than 20 masternodes...

You need for every masternode a seperate wallet with folder. And you must for the second masternode add in conf "bind=127.0.0.2"
thanks....going to try that
failed to run second wallet...
gives me unable to bind 127.0.0.2:8886 because of port already in use.... and to set the masternode it must be 8886 so .....one more help...
whats the workarround to put the second masternode to work

No your masternode ip is the same. The bind without "8886" is only local.

I am just fighting with the same thing.

What makes it hard is that the blockchain goes dead every now and then for 1 or 2 hour. Someone or an ugly profit pool is mineing that coin in a real bad manner.

Are you sure that you can't get this to run with one wallet only and a masternode.conf ?
I have seen numberous bubbles in the distribution charts that are all assigned to the same wallet.

So far I indeed always end up with "errorMessage" : "could not allocate vin"
My interpretation is that he doesnt sees the 5000 bsd which makes half way sense because I send the coins in the wallet to itself.

Well if it doesnt work i will try the "bind=127.0.0.2".

You must not use the file "masternode.conf" for that.

I have open a thread in forum.bitsend.info with a little guide for a multinode on windows.
http://bitsend.info/forums/index.php?topic=34.0

Can you give me the Masternodes with the same wallet @Blockexplorer?

Best Regards Christian

well if you go to the blockexplorer and the rich list and there to the bubble chart and there with the mouse on one of those equal size bubble with the same color it says on every one part of wallet nr xyz. Same color same wallet. That's my interpretation of that information. http://bitsend.info/2016-04-19-04-26-54/blockexplorer
But yes maybe I can't read this like that.

Anyway thanks for the link.. Already wondered how you could move your way around the in the registry entered bitsend user data path.
So guess than that's the way to do it. Will try tomorrow.
Thank you!

Ah No...this is the Bittrex wallet. You can see over 500 ~ Masternodes with ~ 5000 BSD.

Bitsend has been listed in a lot of exchanges. Just give up safecex until it resume its operations again. Bitsend has a very nice community and will stick to the coin until the long time giveaway is here.

Just to mention that the bitsend faucet is down at the moment http://altcoinix.com/bitsend-faucet/.

It says "Cannot seem to connect at the moment, please come back later!".

Hello,

I see the server is offline. You can use http://www.multifaucet.tk/index.php?faucet=BSD That is good faucet.
