The ZCL project was abandoned in favor of the much more robust (IMO) and professional coin ZenCash (ZEN). All of the developers moved to the new coin and the ZCL blockchain was orphaned in favor of the ZEN fork.

When zcash code will be closed, BTCZ will be still based on bitcoin core code and merge its changes similar to zec

I have managed to solve the multisig wallet issue with broadcasting transactions from MyBitcoinZ wallet - you need to keep the transaction fee below 0,01 and you will then be able to transfer your funds.
