You should first understand the term "decentralized". I know you have good intentions but mining through a single pool is bad. We need hashing power to be distributed equally, or almost equally, between miners/pools.
I'm not good at explaining this but someone else might be able to draw it down for easier understanding. Search the web, there are lots of people explaining how this work. So, move from supranova, and then move from other pools that have more than half of hashing power of a blockchain. This is valid for any crypto and any blockchain structure.

To transfer your MyBitcoinZ CoPay wallet to the swing wallet follow the steps below:

1. Open MyBitcoinZ and go to settings
2. Click your wallet under Wallets & Integrations
3. At the bottom click More Options then click "Export Wallet"
4. It will require you to put in a password, enter a password and select Download
5. Save the .json file somewhere safe
6. Open .json file with notepad

7. Navigate to https://bitwiseshiftleft.github.io/sjcl/demo/
8. Copy and paste .json file contents into Ciphertext box
9. Enter Password into the Password text box
10. Click the "Decrypt" arrow above the Ciphertext box
11. In the box that says Plaintext, find where it says xPrivKey and copy the key - ie, copy the bold portion :: "xPrivKey":"xprv9s21ZrQH143K4AQUJKjefk34jdlfkdf99383kjfkJFwkfjekJkaeipqFKKEM3434"
12. Navigate to https://bip32jp.github.io/english/
13. Copy xPrivKey into BIP32 Extended Key
14. Select BIP 44 k'th account i'th keypair (receive) from the Derivation Path dropdown
15. Typically Account and Keypair Index will be 0, if you've used any but the first public address assigned to you by MyBitcoinZ wallet, you'll have to change this. I'll explain how to figure that out below.
16. Copy the field Private Key (WIF)
17. Open swing wallet, click Wallet dropdown, import one private key and paste the Private Key (WIF) into the input box

If you're not using the first address given to you by MyBitcoinZ wallet
1. All the information is the same except when you navigate to the website in step 12
2. You'll find your Wallet Addresses under "Wallet Addresses" under Settings -> More Options
3. Find the wallet address you need, you'll see xpub/0/1, xpub/0/2, etc. The last number is what you'll put into Keypair index on the website in step 12 which will recover the funds from that wallet address into your swing wallet

in my point of view regarding supernovo.

it do not help there is 50+ difference pools.
we need to find 1 or 2 pools to begin whit.
because we are spreading our hasing power thin, so when new miner chek out the coin they will leave quick because they are depend on getting pay asap for bills and security.

so what if. all the pool ho is donating making one site to mine on.

and make diffent donating fees for each port.

so one is 0.5% and another is 2% and so on. after a while when the new miners are getting comfortable and feeling safe. you could spit the mining pool up in region so it will be hard for one pool to get 51%

The technology, blockchain, and core wallets are stable.  The Copay wallet (mybitcoinz wallet) is still being worked on to ensure complete availability.  We need to make sure that new persons that join based on a new exchange listing and/or marketing have a pleasant experience.  This is most important - because the attraction of new people and only to be met with "ERROR 501 Unauthorized" errors is a waste of efforts and funds because those people would just get frustrated and leave.  We cannot rush into just blowing community funds just cause a vote passes - the subject being voted on has to make sense.

A proposal to give back to the community from donation funds - Weekly budget 100,000 BTCZ

Twitter campaign - pay 500  BTCZ per tweet - must have 1k plus followers. Max week  budget 5,000 BTCZ (upto 10 Twitter accounts )

YouTube campaign - pay 5,000 BTCZ for coverage video on BTCZ max weekly budget 45,000 BTCZ - need minimum 1k subscribers ( 9 youtubers per week)

Faucet campaign - deposit 50,000 BTCZ in into faucet address per week


This is just an idea - any of this requires being voted and passed.  Again, I want to warn we have PR and Marketing on-board - they've advised we need to make sure we would be ready for the influx of persons based on their efforts.

Weekly newsletter sounds like a wonderful idea.  This will be implemented.

@Dev Team: I think it is time for an update from your side. Maybe you can coordinate a short Newsletter on a weekly basis - I would also be willing to support this if possible.

Basically everything but the BTCZ funds can be disregarded - which is fine. What are you plans for the 2.2 M coins? The technology and wallets are stable a new exchange is clearly what is needed now.
