It says this in the box..... If you put any higher fee it will decline because the fee is too high.

My BitcoinZ Windows Wallet gives me an error 'messaging identity address is not found in wallet' like every once in 30 sec, does anyone have clue what should I do with this?

I've been thinking the same. I think it's likely someone who's buying a ton of hash power on NH and mining on a not well-known or a private pool. Whoever they are, they're killing it for the rest of us!
