Here are the poll results. 20% of voters support the idea that the community should be represented by one person, elected in democratic way.
He may be called a leader, manager ... But in fact that is a great hard job now to take responsibility for all the processes that are being run now around this project.
20% - without any preparation, and with blocked access to any of the community channels... That is almost half of 50% needed for majority.
If one call me thief, liar, scam, troll it is only showing how interested in real development one is.Because all I put here are the ideas. I feel respectful for the community. And this is the main core of my motives to be here. When I was developer and learned the principles I noticed that bunch of people work against it.
Voting is the highest power in this community. Ignoring the will of community should be constitutionally blocked by leading to losing power automatically.

You are really approaching this wrong as far as working with any developer/project.

How is a manager going to effectively motivate a group of developers and engineers that are doing work for free most of the time?

Is he going to be performing one on one with each developer and performance ratings every quarter? What is he going to do when a developer just leaves? Developers like to solve a problem and they will work on things that interest them. The manager would add nothing to this side of project except for anger people.

Sounds like you really just want a single person to be the FACE(Steve Jobs type) of BitcoinZ for marketing purposes which seems wrong for a coin that has privacy built into it and against my idea of decentralization. I voted NO for your tweet when I came across the link on here.

Can you come up with an idea that is not centralized and controlling like the one you are proposing.

Decentralized project and the appointment of a leader, this is a contradiction.

But there are issues that need to be resolved quickly and responsibly. For example, if there are technical problems, any user should understand where he can get a quick response, and understand that he is not alone with his problem.

Therefore, the project should be understandable to any user who will go to the project site and find the right links to competent communities.

On the very first page of this post they put an area called "connect with us" which has all the social media options to connect with the community. Discord, Slack and telegram would be the ideal place if you are having a problem I expect as it can function as a support chat and has for many people.

I could see a knowledge base website being helpful here as well for the long term so people could search it before just dropping into the chats saying they have a problem.

In BTCz we trust. Organic slow growth.

@Trafo, bartekhl_2 is just a troll. Don't bother responding to him as it's a waste of energy. Smiley

Hey I just happened to be on Github and noticed how active you are on Github. Good work man! I am glad you are a part of BitcoinZ, and I hope some massively premined project does not lure you away with freebie coins that depreciate faster than a rock drop in a barrel of honey. Good thing is BTCz has no premine, no one to dump.

Thank you!

"cryptorex: No they’re not kidding  - they did the same shit for winter break and it can really fuck a project up.  This exchange is pure shit.  Thankfully we have many many more since winter of 2017"

everyone who does something against you guys is a scam and thief..... Id rather say that its your fault that you did not plan changing the algorithm and did not check the agreement with c-cex. I think C-CEX has a point in contract that is obliging them to make one algo. After change they want next 4 BTC. It's natural. I would rather see ideas on how to adjust to this rather than calling the biggest exchange that this coin is listed at - a scam... With all respect but this is not how mature people run business guys. You just close every door this way. It is just sad to see this project being hurt by such bad management.

What do you mean on this?
"I would rather see ideas on how to adjust to this rather than calling the biggest exchange that this coin is listed at - a scam..."

Are you kidding us?
C-CEX is far not the largest exchange where BitcoinZ is listed. Its 24 hour volume was only 144 USD: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoinz/#markets

Hi,

I have a couple of issues with btcz transactions.

1.     I tried to send a btcz amount from a Windows wallet to an Android wallet. It showed that the transaction was successful but the amount is not showing in the Android wallet.

In block explorer, the receiving  address does not show that  an amount has been sent to it.

2. Samething with a transaction between 2 Android wallets. The receiving address (wallet) is not being credited with the amount that has been sent to it.

Also the same as above in block explorer. The receiving address is not updated with the amount.

This has never happened before. Until not long ago the transactions would show up without any problems within seconds.

What is going on with the btcz network and wallets ?

Can someone help ?
Thank you.

I dont seem to be having any issues. Is your windows swing wallet the latest 1.4.0 version?

If you are sure that you did not make a mistake in the address of the recipient, then contact the developer community. If you did everything right, then your coins will not go anywhere.

Now the cost of electricity has little effect on the value of the crypto currency. The main importance is the community, the interest of investors, the issues that the technology solves.
