Ive one transaction of 50k BTX sent to ccex with 6/7 confirmations since yesterday and one with 4/7 of 100k BTX!!Vegas
The problem is the chain, doensn't matter if you send your wallet.dat. You can send coin and close the wallet, and they will arrive anyway, you don't need to keep the wallet open, or am I wrong?

All my coins are in stake, and the wallet is not synchronized.

I've now successfully moved all of my BTX to C-Cex too (finally!) I hope there aren't too many more people still having difficulties.
