Because you need to do the first plot 1800000 plus the second one 3600000 to have the third one 5400001..

for example, does the mine work better with 4 x 1TB files or would it work faster with 16 x 256GB files?

Yes, and yes, but if your home directory is encrypted you'll have to write the plots directly to C:(or D or whatever else you've got)

Can anyone help me use the merge.exe for windows ? i think that i have some overloop nonce but i dunno exactly what nonce and i have like 10 files

... i think that i need to put merge.exe in the Plots folder and what is the next command to resize the nonce ..

so just for better clarification no matter what happens while generating the plots or the number rangeyou choose (computer crashing, closing cmd ) and no matter the amount of plot files (as long as none of the plots overlap) you will mine based on the total size of all of them?
