Who is the team behind the project now? I thought this project already disbanded last year. i still have some coins left from shared masternode but the current price is depressing and almost worthless by now.

It seems that our original account on BitcoinTalk was compromised and BitcoinTalk is unable to restore access for us. As we have been unable to recover the account, we are creating a new BitcoinTalk thread for Bulwark.

I dont understand why people keep saying they heard something, therefore it must be bad. You can not make any conclusion about a coin without checking Github yourself, clearly Github is showing great progress,

I heard that the team broke up and now this guy will support the project. The rest refused to work. I believe that those who refused are scammers.And j I checked it, everything is clean. My pc did not find anything suspicious about it.

Dunno about you, I'm not shilling it. I still see updates on it. Everybody who got rekt a few months ago already left back then, maybe middle of last year or so. The usage of the word "scammed" seems to be incorrect here. Died or Failed may be more appropriate. It's still kicking though, so there may be hope.

They're not hiding. They are clearly visible there, they always have been. It's a public discord server, they even have or had a telegram channel. CMC takes time to update. New exchanges don't get listed there for at least 3 to 6 months.
They also have public updates in their website, which also hosts their explorer (that has been forked by over 140 other projects), as well as Medium articles.
Some people just aren't on bitcointalk. Like some people actually don't have facebook accounts.

In the 5 exchanges. Most of them don't show up yet on MNO or CMC. Devs are in discord.
When devs/admins hide on discord and no proper updates occur, you should be extremely careful. 99% means the end of the road. According to CMC statistics it is one of the dead projects. BEWARE!
