And once you do that, you might as well just get a zip of the appdata\bulwark folder as backup just in case

Backing up your wallet.dat and private keys should certainly go without saying I'd hope.

Of course, you mentioned that already in the previous post. And they are also inside the appdata folder anyway.

I find it much easier to store the full appdata folder as an easy way to restore a wallet to full functionality in no time. Provided the blockchain data is not huge of course

Hi, Can anyone help? My wallet is stuck on block 97284 @~8 weeks behind. I've tried all the wallet repair options. I haven't opened the wallet in a few months, has anything changed or is it just me? if it is just me, what do, please?  Kiss

You are most likely on an outdated wallet version.
Please download the updated version here: https://github.com/bulwark-crypto/Bulwark/releases/download/1.2.4/bulwark-1.2.4.0-win64.zip
And also reindex.

Thanks. I have actually already updated the wallet and run 'rebuild index' but its still no joy weirdly. Maybe there is a .dat file on my pc I need to delete or something?

You may have some bad peers or you're using bad addnodes manually in bulwark.conf. I would suggested deleting everything out of there except for wallet.dat and masternode.conf (if applicable) and then restarting the wallet and letting it sync from scratch.

This is the most info rich explorer I have ever seen. Excellent.

Do you have other coins too?

yeah for real, these guys are not amateurs!

loving how much the MN pays out as well, better than most coins out there, all for just hodling!

2nd half of 2018 this coin should be back over $10 easy like it was before choochoo!

Hahaha! Nice try!
You're fooling no one.

Bulwark will go back over $10 only if Bitcoin hits 50k... and maybe, not even then, if ever...

The Concierge of Crypto
Let me try to put it this way: all dates are estimates.

March 2018: 43.75 block; masternode gets 21.875
June 2018: 37.5 block; masternode gets 18.75
September 2018: 31.25 block; masternode gets 15.625
December 2018: 25 block; masternode gets 12.5

Someone made a sheet here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tgnXcbiiinxfyQqMoe3PMCDK0uXkC3xFy7mpmv8wvfA/edit#gid=0

And these are the original (and probably the same) block numbers at each phase:

43.750    86401-172800    50%    50%    8565695
37.500    172801-259200    50%    50%    11805695
31.250    259201-345600    50%    50%    14505695

Source: https://github.com/bulwark-crypto/Bulwark

You can try and estimate the exact date based on current block and the coming ones. You'll be more accurate as the date and time gets closer.

I can't comment on price speculation, though I would like to point out that Bulwark block rewards drop every 3 months approximately.

But that is coupled with increase in masternode payment reward.

The overall increase in money supply per block has not decreased over the last few months. Right?

Masternode payments have not increased since it went 50/50 (the last time they'll increase) a couple months ago.

Overall money supply increases will decrease every three months with masternodes effectively receiving the same percentage of what will be a lower and lower total block reward.

Total block reward will be decreasing again in approximately 22 days.

2nd half of 2018 this coin should be back over $10 easy like it was before choochoo!

Not so easy. MN coins, especially those with high returns like bulwark have a hard time going up in price. Simply too much sell pressure.
And there will also be relatively high return staking in the near future as I understand.

If it manages to keep this btc price per unit I consider it an achievement and will be very happy actually.
Of course if the reward rate drops, price may rise, but not in 2018

Do you know ECA???another coin using NIST5.. I am wondering what's the strength of BWK compared to other NIST5 coins

This is from our FAQ:

Q: What will this coin have that other PIVX/DASH clones don't have?
A: Tool Box, Home Node, Zerocoin, and tox integration. There are quite a few things that the majority of forks don't have that we will and that's only what we've announced to date. We'd like to focus on integrating some of these updates before announcing any additional plans.

You can read more about that in our Whitepaper: https://bulwarkcrypto.com/docs/EN_-_Bulwark_Cryptocurrency_Whitepaper.pdf and you can also look at our Roadmap: https://bulwarkcrypto.com/roadmap/ for more informations.
