i also have deposit to cryptopia missing, but there is something else weird with tracking the transaction..
transaction is visible in inwallet explorer, but it is not visible in online exlorer..
also, timestams are wrong chronology order, and some transactions are missing in online explorer, see picture..
https://ibb.co/dXkCVn

very confused..

Our explorer is having issues at the moment. We're looking into switching to a different explorer altogether since this one has done nothing but give us trouble.

Check here and your transaction will be searchable.

i can confirm everything looks fine in altmix.com explorer.. also it looks fine in wallet, and in cryptobridge..
at least it works for me..
looks that old version "leftovers" causing problems on cryptopia and some other exchanges, probably in a similar way as that "crazy" block explorer.. = exactly as dev said..

It true my favorite exchange have a fair share of issues, i did read on their page on how they started the exchange and how fast they have been growing. From 30k users to probably 1.5-2 mill users, they have a good excuse on being a bit slow. My  support tickets have been answer in the end 2-3 weeks but never lost coins. I also have coins locked up there but i trust they will fix this, hopefully fucking fast lol. They are spending all earnings at upgrades and hire people, support and according to them they do what they can to improve  , training new people as fast as they can and seems like they really try catching up with their huge growth in volume and users.
Hopefully they will be the best in some months. Felt like i had to defend them some, even when I'm a bit angry about this...

As for marking every pending deposit as "conflicted," that's not really how it works.

Can you please elaborate how "conflicted" deposit works, and how to refund them back? I tried google, but found no success there.

You should probably listen to your confusion/suspicion and take immediate appropriate action.

This is not a Cryptopia only related issue.

As of this morning, Cryptopia has BWK listed as follows:

Just spoke to Cryptopia. They are aware of the issue and will provide us with an update as soon as there is one to give.

If you have a pending deposit/withdrawal on Cryptopia, you're just going to have to remain patient. If you do not, we would suggest you do not send any coins to Cryptopia until the issue is verified to be resolved.

Thank you for your patience, support, and understanding.

why did you put this coin on cryptopia? Its not a good exchange to put it on anymore. god I have been in crypto for since dec and cryptopia is now like hitbtc!

I would demand for a refund from cryptopia if I were you

how much did you pay them so they can drag their feet and break wallets while people abandon your coin?

It's been providing good trade volume and a lot of people actively use it. To date their support and communication has been stellar speaking as a coin dev.

CryptoBridge has been phenomenal and we're seeing a lot of our community shifting over to using them.

I talked to the guy on Telegraph after joining Cryptopia channel and he offered that support staff will transfer my BWK manually. Could be an option.

The road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom
I've decided to deposit to cryptobridge, take the lower price and get out of mining this coin unless things stabilize.

Glad I only spent about 5-6 days mining it and not weeks!

Currently switched to mining Crop Coin. I know it's new and "just another neoscrypt DASH clone" but it's potentially way more profitable than BWK, at least right now.

I hope this whole crappy thing with the incompetence of Cryptopia doesn't kill this coin before it's had a chance, but right now I just see it as a frustration I can't be bothered dealing with.

Good luck BWK!

I'd be hard pressed to imagine Cryptopia not being able to sort out an issue on their end kills coins.

What if they decide to delist it, or they cannot fix issue in weeks? We cant just wait for that to happen. You could start asking them to mark deposits as conflicted, so we could trade those "deposited" on cryptobridge. With this awful communication with customers from their side, I don't think this can be resolved in months.

I didn't set up their infrastructure and I don't monitor or manage it so I've no idea what the problem is. From a coin dev perspective, Cryptopia has actually had very fast and helpful communication. Having said that, the most information I've been able to get to date is that they're aware of the issue and fixing it.

I don't really think this is a "they have no idea what they're doing" problem. It's more of a "they have way too much on their plate at once" problem. In the case of the latter, they simply just need to keep solving problems and they'll get to it eventually.

I'd be willing to bet money that this issue won't get us delisted. If every other exchange, mining pool, wallet, and masternode are all working perfectly, then I'd also wager the problem has nothing to do with us and is oriented on their side of things.

As for marking every pending deposit as "conflicted," that's not really how it works.

Ano another thing - when you dump at 0.00037 or lessI buy it back and sell at 0.0045 so I make money thanks to you.
That's what smart traders do.

Still delays, as expected. Price lowering, also as expected. From what i can see devs are not to blame, but this is a real good way to kill a coin.

We lower the price in panic dumping the coins at little profit. I mean miners not traders. Traders are smart. Whet I mean by we is all who do. I don't. I wait for my turn at a higher price, usually 0.00045 btc and I sell in max a few hours. No need to dump at 0.00036 or less. I can assure you demand is huge. Check how much btc in buy orders on both working exchanges you will know. Stop dumping the coins and sell higher. Like some said - let traders come to you.

Looks like stocks.exchange got DDOS attacked. I wouldn't recommend anyone deposits coins (of any type) to them until they get up and running again properly.

Wallets, Cryptobridge(exchange), Masternodes, Pools, and Mining are all working just fine.

I switched to mining BWK because its way more profitable than nicehash but after reading all the bull**** that is going on, I think I'm going to stop my miner and switch back to nicehash.  Too much drama is going on with this coin.  Does anyone know if BWK will be listed in another more reputable exchange like Binance, Poloniex, Bittrex, etc...

It's on Crypto Bridge, it's a decentralized exchange but I don't have enough experience with it to recommend it or not-to-reccomend it, I just started using it yesterday and I like that it has no limit in how much you sell or you buy and also has quick deposits. Haven't try to withdraw yet.

Withdrew two days ago and it was quick. Withdrew last night and there was a slight delay so it took a little over an hour. Withdrew again earlier today and it took about 15 minutes.
