I don't know who is the dev here but the code has quite some issues.. We have a block time of 150 seconds but the retarget looks only over the last 7 minutes.. This wont work and diff will always jump around like crazy you need 30 min retarget time AT LEAST...

The wallet was checked should work, I recheck it now and it is working fine.
