You can copy the wallet and it's binaries (BZEdgeWallet.jar + bzedged.exe + bzedge-cli.exe) to a new computer. On that new computer, you just have to make sure you install JAVA, create the .conf file in %appdata% folder and run the "RUN_ME_FIRST.bat" to download sprout/sapling files. Always follow the instructions in the readme file.
