Update on Mintpal V2 migration - all coins will be transferred.

A couple of small (but important) issues popped up during our pre-migration testing earlier today. As a result, we are having to push the deployment window back in order to give us time to fix and push out the migration. While we don’t expect the fix to take us more than a couple of hours, we’re pushing it back by a few days in order to give us time to fix any other issues that come up; as well as pushing it back to our quietest trading time.

The migration has been rescheduled for 6PM GMT on Sunday 21st September. This will be a seamless migration with (hopefully) no downtime.

The new matching engine can theoretically scale to a number of trades that we are unable to measure, we have clocked it at 1.2M per second (horizontally and vertically scaling) before we ran out of benchmarking capacity. Trades are matched and executed in 4 – 5 milliseconds on average, so as you have probably guessed by now, our new matching engine is built for speed.

Everything in V2 is real-time. Trade history, order placing, order notifications, order book, etc – you won’t need to refresh to see anything. We make extensive use of PubNub for all public data, and a websocket connection (with fallbacks) for everything else. It has been built from the ground up for speed and security, and we’re especially proud of the work that we have done.

At this stage, we are not removing any coins from V1 in the migration. Every coin currently on the platform will be given a chance to prove itself, though every coin will also be eligible for delisting as per our previously published guidelines (ref: route to removal). We will be adding a number of new coins from day one, and can confirm the following.

Other coins will be going through our normal route to addition, though we can confirm that we will be continuing to add coins that are extremely promising; at our own discretion.

Our plans for fee-free trading are still in effect, and will last for 14 days from the time of deployment – in order to ensure you don’t miss out.

Full 24/7 support coverage by the Moolah team will also take effect from the time of deployment.

Could some of the board members answer to us, what are obstacles to reveal some details about project development?

Everything, that is given to potential investors, are screenshots and swearing that game is in development. Yes, we know, it is long process to make such thing the FPS is.

Details about the progress are essential to be published to gain an interest into Coin2.

It is discussed many times before, but become more serious at last.

This thread becomes so dry, anyone new to C2, who looks here, gets a conclusion that here nothing happens.

Everything I see, is sell off now. Board cannot argue with "game development takes a lot of efforts and time". Investors don't see any point to involve their money into C2.

I am patient, but my patience is becoming thin, because there are many other coins to invest in, which are more successful in terms of daily trade volume.

Hi, i am a big bag holder of C2 since the begining and i would like to say that devs you cant keep the silent so long if we want to reach others levels. Im very confident about the project and im absolutely certain its on the right way !!! But please, devs, keep us up to date and make feedback about game progress. We need to have something clear if we want news investors...

Once again, it takes time and money to create a game. They don't materialize out of thin air.
We are a thin crew, we need to beef up our team. Which is in the works as I type this.

need to get a development fund going turn this game development into an ROI project.

I thank you for doing your part but the most important thing here is game development since
this coin is based on the idea of crypto-currency used in-game. So far i haven't noticed much
about the games apart from a couple screenshots.

I dont think reaching new echange will really help, we already have polo, mintpall and bter. What this coin need is great job like chadcrypto did last night with the video and more transparency about evolution of the game !! Thats my opinion ...

When some games are out and the volume is up, Bittrex will be more likely to re-list.
