At takeover yes. But maybe it will be a miracle and dev will return with news... 
The dev not just need to return but he has to keep answering questions and pms so even if he posts the takeover might still happen later if people get fed up with being ignored. I think it would be best if the dev and newsflash would find a way to work together.

i am tempted to buy at this price its a gamble but im expecting 50-100sats on takeover.
It will get way higher than that in case of a decent takeover.

a member has agreed to fund the remaining fee requirement. we have agreed in 2 days if no activity by dev the 500k will be placed in escrow whereby i shall begin to takeover the coin.

just a thought for you guys, i'd be interested in working or taking the coin over. dev if your interested in building a p2p escrow exchange to buy/sell directly in wallet PM me. if community wants a takeover my fee is 500k which you keep in escrow until its released
well as long as you keep us updated, can you elaborate more on the "p2p escrow exchange". Is this a normal exchange or something better. Id like dev to work with you but either is fine.
I'l discuss in more detail once i know what direction were heading i'l say it is a better and secure way to trade given the exchanges hold your coins and could disappear then giving a explanation "hack" your coins in your wallet are safe

Given this coin has darkcoin tech this could be really popular if it has what your saying. i'm looking it as a personal exchange but the prospect of not keeping coins at a exchange and trading instantly seems great. i'l look forward to it. if this turns to rise like OPAL did il give you another 50,000 coins as long as targets are met.
may i get your opinion on the name. Not sure if its been taken but DARKX sounds good.

Anyone get stuck at block 5550? Can't get past it with the new or old Qt.
The difficulty is stuck at 64 which is too high in comparison of the nethashrate so blocks take longer to solve. A lot longer.
