Information

CornerstoneCoin, as the name implies, is designed to be a long term, stable currency. CCX is fast enough for daily transactions (45 secs) and begins to generate interest (20% per year in year 1) after only 5 days of holding! Initial distribution will last only 18 days through traditional Scrypt POW mining. After 18 days CornerstoneCoin became pure POS.

Coin Specs

POS Interest:

Year 1: 20%
Year 2: 10%
Year 3 and on: 2%

General:

Scrypt PoW/PoS
4 transaction confirmations
30 minted block confirmations

POS:

Variable interest
POS Starts after 5 days of minimum holding
POS maximum holding time is 25 days (open wallet at least every 25d to mint)

POW:

45 sec block target
Random 100000 - 200000 coins per block for the first 18 days (34560 blocks)
After 18 days, the PoW block drops to 15 coins / block
diff retarget each block

Premine:

Approximately 1.5% of first 10 year's total (~150 million CCX, ). These will be used for bounties, giveaways, and future development. We understand that any premine is criticized. However, there are costs involved in bringing a coin to the masses. Creation and promotion are not free. In addition, updates to the code and future upgrades require resources that coin communities often expect the development team to shoulder. Having a premine available to cover such costs will allow CornerstoneCoin to grow quicker and stronger.

open wallet
close wallet
open notepad or other text editor
copy code above, paste into blank page
click save as, choose all file types from the dropdown
save file as CornerstoneCoin.conf to desktop
open desktop folder, right click on the new file and choose 'copy'
navigate to your roaming folder: Start -> search -> type "%appdata%" -> press enter
open CornerstoneCoin folder
right click inside folder and choose 'paste' to place the .conf file into the folder
restart wallet and connections should appear
If wallet stops on any block, please close it, wait a minute, then reopen the wallet. Do this as many times as needed to get the wallet to fully sync. We are still migrating everyone the the correct chain.
