This token will unlock on October 12 at the moment IOU trading on HitBtc so after this date anybody can move his coins to that exchange. I think it will be listed some other exchanges too just few days left for this.

A very good project in the future.
Personally I am really curious to see how the token sale compares to the other more recent ones. There is definitely a lot of hype and enthusiasm, so that's good for the project. I don't doubt that the ICO will be successful, just interested to see how development continues afterwards, as this is a hefty project and there will no overnight turned-millionaires investors. Hopefully can provide information about what we want to always grow and more professional and advanced for the common good.

I would like to ask one of my doubt about the contribution cap. IT looks like we have almost reach the hard cap there was about 3400+ eth collected during the first round which is equivalent to one million. The second round is got more participants even thaw the amount is not disclosed I am assuming it will be around two million. The third round is already collected 7-8million in the contract address. Would that mean by the fourth round there will be only less than three or four millions left. Which means the fourth round selection may be very tough with thousands of applicants.
ICO is already over.

AFAIK they don't made any announcement for this movement whether they will support it or not. I think so it will be nice achievement if they will support and will become the part of this ecosystem. Let's wait what the team will take decision on this matter.

Many investors did not make it to the whitelisting, so now, they are eager to have CND in their portfolio since the technology behind this project is incomparable to any AI projects out there. From 0.01$ = 1 CND, it may hit more than 1-10$ if you will base it in the amount of participants in whitelisting.

They are selling IOUs on tokens they bought. What is scammy about that? You might even get a better price there than on exchanges later.
I also think there is nothing wrong to buy IOU token but the price is much higher at the compare with ICO. I think it's better to avoid at the moment there are just few days left when this token will become tradable.

I don't know people are very eager to buy IOU token in Hitbtc. People should wait for another 10 to 12 days because already the token is locked. Once they release the token already CND is listed in EtherDelta. Don't be hurry price may fall because Bounty people will also sell at low price.
