Sorry for my newbie question but i want to be 100% sure. It will be my first Ico. I have my ethereum in blockchain.info wallet. it is ok to send from there for cindicator ICO? thanks in advance
Blockchain.info is not good choice to invest ETH in any ICO there you no access to your private key and it doesn't support any ERC20 tokens. Better move this to Myetherwallet if you don't want to lose your money.

I wonder when we will finish the tiers.
Tier 3 start on Monday, Tier 4 didn't announced yet - probably end of next week
Really good decision with tiers, Cindicator ico passes very calmly and safely for investors. This project looks very serious and worked out. Devs do a great job for community.

To participate in Cindicator Token distribution, all you need is any Ethereum wallet compatible with ERC20 tokens. Do not send ether (“ETH”) directly from cryptocurrency exchanges, use only an ETH compatible wallet.

This is a good project to invest they have a lot of teams to answer questions as they arise and it looks like a lot of building is going on behind the scene, I'm following this thread because this is an ICO that is going to be huge

The lack of contribution information at official site doesn't look reliably. Why don't you show it? How do we know if you contribute more, for example??? This discourages potential investors.
I think they explained many times about these why they are keeping it as confidential because of security reason and their hard cap is 15 million Dollars. I think they will reveal the details once the ICO is completed.

When will the tokens be receieved and when will they be available for trading?
Tokens will be received immediately, during the token sale, but will be locked until Oct. 12. The tokens will be available for trading after they become transferable.

Hello Yussuf89. If they haven't receive the email yet, they are not in any of the first tiers, but they still can be in Tier 4. ETA of Tier-4 list - next week. Please advise to be patient and wait for tier 4 list
