I have sent the email twice and I can not still get passed, I do not know why it is so hard to get listed on the white list, anyone can give me some advice?

No date has been announced yet for the close of applications for the whitelist. But I believe it will be before the end of this month, before the white contribution phase starts.

There are hardly 2 weeks for the crowdfunding to go live. There is fomo outside of the forum in social media which is making hype for the project. I like positive hype when potential is huge because it will make all the money very quickly. Cindicator the project of future if we call will be right title for this.

- where the version for the desktop computer IN FUTURE??? wtf ?? 
looks really bad for now, its same like Augur right?

1. Open products like arbitrage bot are on GitHub.
2. Most companies (if not all) don't disclose the info about exchanges until the end of the token sale
3. We have been focused on mobile apps to make it easier for forecasters to make their predictions. Web version will be launched after the token sale.
Regarding Stox/Augur/Gnosis etc
Cindicator is not a prediction market. We are different in infrastructure, goals and business model:
We enhance collective intelligence of our forecasters with Artificial Intelligence. Prediction markets usually just gather opinions.

No, there is no exactly like first come first serve. However, the earlier a participant apply, the better.
There is no way to secure a guaranteed spot, unfortunately - we are reviewing all the application manually.

I'd like to know the intentions of CINDICATOR for building a continously growing and healthy community of forecasters as they are a vital part of this project.
Having a load of forecasters is nothing else than developing a prediction market, right? Aren't there a lot of projects already going for that? I mean, they might have a more general approach in terms of markets or topics to be covered, but basically Augur, for example, could do what this is trying to do, right?

By the way - we pay forecasters for it's predictions. In the prediction market model, participants should pay for their predictions
Yes but you have to consider the idea of the wisdom of the crowd. You are right that prediction markets gather opinions. It turned out, however, that the average of all collective opinions can beat the analysis of a group of experts. That's why that concept exists.
Right, so we take the Collective Intelligence of people and enhance it by the Artificial Intelligence of machines - to get much better results
