Majority of the people are looking for short time profit because crypto not belong to them. From my point of view this project is still very young into this space so we have to give some time to it for grow it demand a lot patience and strong support to push this towards the next level.

All people now still concern about bitcoin because hard fork on october 25th, that's why bitcoin price increased rapidly. This is the best time to buy CND coin when the price down

why the price of the CND token is still very cheap dev
probably because the number of tokens from the project is too much and the enthusiasts of the project do not have enough token sales and that's what I'm waiting for the price to be accomplished by the project maybe I will keep the tokens until January and will sell them in the month

I believe it is a great project. But I see many great projects fail. It is not good enough to have a good product, you need to reach the audience. I feel this team does not know how to launch, it has not been a well run post ICO process. Unless the intention was not to list on any exchanges for a month for some kind of benefit? Does not make sense to me, just seems like poor planning or arrogance.
