I updated when needed. I mined 200,000 bitcoal when nobody else was mining it hundreds of consecutive blocks. I had wallet issues and updated some coal disappeared. I accepted as a hiccup. I moved 50,000 coal to trade and have not opened wallet for a few weeks. now password did not work so I imported with private keys, been done before. The wallet address is identical to the one my miner pointed to. balance zero. list_transfers zero.  I am not feeling the love with forknote anymore. also reset does nothing.
Just sayin.
Don

print "reset" command in inside your wallet, it will rescan the blockchain for lost tails and restore the coins!
I did not help Cry

try to remove the deamon's blockchain data and download it again!

Sometimes, hashrate was about 250 kH/s.

Your pool works great. Smiley

Guys the MONERO botNet is back, I guess he is mining on some private pool, but 50 K/H - it's like 250 coins for 1000 h/s - barely profitable, at 400sat price. In the mean time you can continue mine on my temporary pool, but think if it's worth for you, maybe better to mine AEONs. though the price on Coal could hypothetically be pumped to 800sat...

this Also means we have less chance to find blocks, and I think we have like 5-8% orphan block, so the block chain code is most likely buggy, maybe this is why this coin got abandoned in the first place

Is anyone else not seeing payments from Democats in their wallet? On my system this started around 6 hours ago; last transfer I see is 2017-07-19 12:17:47. There should have been a dozen or two since then. Block height in my wallet is correct.

I have the same!! No translations of over 1,000 coins

We are having problems with the pool and it's on a fork. If you mine now at democats you will not receive payments. Be aware. Don't put anything except 'test' hashrate.
The last payment was supposed to be about 18 hours ago. After I noticed that there were no payments, I turned off. So I'm in the mine of an empty? And I will not get my coins?

I started a local pool on my home server. If you want to temporary join and mine there welcome!

The web interface is not available, but you can see your stats through API - Use JSON Formatter Chrome extension to prettify the output

The pool is available through:

Pool Stats:
http://bitcoal.asuscomm.com:8117/stats

Personal stats:

http://bitcoal.asuscomm.com:8117/stats_address?address=YOUR_WALLET

Diff:2000 Port:3333
Diff:5000 Port:5555
Diff:1000 Port:7777

You can set constant speed with: YOUR_WALLET.SPEED - YOUR_WALLET.10000

point your miner to:
xmrig.exe -o bitcoal.asuscomm.com:5555
or
xmrig.exe -o bitcoal.asuscomm.com:5555

My fee 5%

Please do not abuse it, this is only a temporary solution until the main pool is fixed!

nicehash attack is an issue. Do you guys see potential hard fork to difficulty calculation change as good option? Karnowanec use tested it first and nicehash has far less power to do such damage. Write your opinions here. The hardfork is trivial and probably most other forknote based coins will do it

I would vote Yes to this. I follow/mine KRB and do like the new diff calculatioin they implemented. I could see that helping this coin a great deal, especially with all the recent nicehash bombardment.

Hi ppl. I'm download the wallet, and sync it. I have 233769 blocks in my wallet and sync is @OK, but democats show me 234247 blockheight at this moment. Q: how solve this problem and sync up to date?

You have currently the up-to-date blockchain (look at Cryptopia CoinInfo).

And what is the mess with the seed node "108.61.188.93:7700", it was kicked by my daemon and come back with 64 new blocks 3 minutes later (GMT +2):
Code:
2017-Jul-23 12:29:47.509218 ERROR   [108.61.188.93:7700 OUT] Failed to invoke COMMAND_HANDSHAKE, closing connection.
2017-Jul-23 12:29:47.509468 WARNING Failed to HANDSHAKE with peer 108.61.188.93:7700
2017-Jul-23 12:32:46.800299 INFO    [108.61.188.93:7700 OUT] Sync data returned unknown top block: 233578 -> 233642 [64 blocks (0 days) behind]

It's my node at Democats. Working on finding what is the problem. Don't use Democats until it's fixed
