I just compiled a windows wallet and tested on Win10 64bit and is working just fine , i'm getting 8 connection to the wallet without adding any nodes , here is the download link https://mega.nz/#!uFdQBLgD!Lly6-zVHIbs4NBjnHVgPpMDJryUaA4HOW98JBv7P-Lc

Find it opens no problem and see my wallet key etc
It just shows error syncing.

you can set diff by using d=1024 etc... in your password field. It will default to auto if no diff is specified.
