I actually use GIMP. It can do most everything that PhotoShop can and its free, although it is not nearly as intuitive to use as PS, which I have an older version of. You also need to install the animation plug in to do GIFs with GIMP. It treats each frame as a layer, so that is the way you do it if building them manually, or you can import any GIF and then modify it.

You can create it with Photoshop in Animation window, than convert it 
Lolz, and what about those who don't know Photoshopping?

Damn, it is truly an honor to be "revered" in this thread. If anyone ever sees any graphic I have made they like they are quite free to use it (or modify it) as they see fit anywhere. Even if it is being used to lampoon me.

How much would it cost to have a basic exchange made? Coinhey looks like it was made with not much effort. What about if we made an exchange as a parody of newbie accounts and exchanges being hacked/dissappearing?
Something like Coinhey could probably be done pretty easily and could be handled with escrow manually, say like if you could place an order of CON but still be able to hold onto your own Coins. What if you could use BitCoin redeemscripts with timelocks on them for and set it up as an order to be completed with matching it with the receiving bitcoin address and PayCon address to send to.
Have the exchange name, and url change on a weekly basis, only leaving clues as to what it may be. Setup tempting buy walls to lure people in, then change url. We have your coins, but you have to find us on the interwebz to get them back lolz
