I'd like to see the return of the Y U No guy, maybe on the Social tab.
And I think the coin logo could be cleaned up a little by removing the little white text "The People's Money" which isn't very clear.
But those are just minor aesthetic changes, nothing major.

Also relaunching COL within the next few days or so, it's going to be tough to get everyone swapped over but should be manageable with escrow. Most of what I've learnt is from experimenting and a health dose of google and if you would like, I can help you with anything you want to know.

The best part is that we win either way, either PayCoin would suddenly start doing things right (unlikely) and we'd have real competition, or they fail catastrophically and we feed off all the negative press (very likely).

Laughter is the best medicine(I read that somewhere once on the internet, so it is true.), Paycon shall heal the cryptoworld of their sickness.
The new PoS rewards are intriguing, it seems to mimic mining more closely than I have seen before. Is this a Crestington original, or are there similar rewards systems already in place elsewhere?
People love ICO's so maybe we could do it where we state that it's just for laughs and do the smallest ICO presale ever and aren't doing any updates to FirstZimbabweCoin.
PayCon Rewards
The new reward system was implemented through 2 different Cryptocurrencies that work closely together and does mimic mining a great deal. Variable rewards was first introduced in HoboNickels and the Maximum subsidy limit was first introduced in HyperStake and both communities work together closely. Tranz is by far one of the best Proof of Stake coders around and has done a lot of major protocol updates on more than half a dozen Coins.
