Just like CofeeCoin, this coin is a SCAM. Without a public list showing the amounts distributed to members like BCC coin, or a plan for what will be done for the coins that go unclaimed, there is no way to know how many coins the 'dev' is keeping for himself. Previous giveaway coins that relied on forum members age to distribute the coins, like CommunityCoin had a hard time finding members with 50+ more posts to participate. Since the biggest rewards are allocated for the fewest number of members that will participate, the 'dev' will wind up keeping the majority of the coins.
The IPO in this one just makes this one even worse. Not only will the 'dev' keep the majority of the coins to dump the second it hits an exchange, he also gets to keep the BTC from anyone stupid enough to 'invest' in this scam. Given the success CoffeeCoin had in getting listed quickly, I suspect this model will be a new coin scam trend.
